Return Policy.

 

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTROL THE USE OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY Leo POS Inc. MAY CONTAIN SIGNIFICANT RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS ON RIGHTS AND REMEDIES, AND CREATE OBLIGATIONS ON ANYONE WHO ACCEPTS THIS AGREEMENT.  THEREFORE, YOU SHOULD READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES:

  1. All products eligible for refund or replacement must be returned to Leo POS within 30 days of purchase or product receipt and must be in original condition.

  2. Returns for refund will be subject to a restocking fee. Pleases see RETURN FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT and RESTOCKING FEE SCHEDULE below.

  3. Products that are received by Leo POS in any of the following conditions are not eligible for refund or replacement and may result in the rejection of your return or replacement request.

    • Any product(s) not purchased from Leo POS;

    • Any product(s) that do not exhibit the described reasons for return (i.e., a return initiated for a Dead-On-Arrival product that powers on and works properly upon inspection);

    • Any product(s) with missing, altered, damaged, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label;

    • Any product returned without all original packaging and components including, but not limited to, the original box, packaging, manuals, cables, and any other item(s) included with the product. Refund returns received with any of the aforementioned items missing or damaged may incur a restocking fee or be rejected;

    • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging;

    • Any product that exhibits physical damage.

    • Any product which appears to be tampered, customized, or altered in any way from its original condition.

  4. Item(s) defective upon arrival or wrong items shipped are eligible for refund or replacement when return guidelines are followed. Leo POS is responsible for return and replacement shipping costs incurred for the aforementioned reasons.

RETURN FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT:

  1. Returns for refund or replacement must be received by Leo POS no later than 30 calendar days from purchase date or product receipt date.

  2. Refunds that have been approved will be provided to the original form of payment within 30 days once the returned product has been received and inspected.

  3. Return shipping for refund or replacement items is the responsibility of the customer unless item is defective upon receipt. Additional outbound shipping charges for any replacement item(s) will be applied to the original form of payment.

  4. The following costs are not refundable

    • Labor charge(s);

    • Activation Fee(s);

    • Installation part(s) and material(s);

    • Original order shipping costs;

    • Deployment services including, but not limited to, key injection, downloads, menu builds, file builds, kitting, etc.;

    • Custom packaging.

  5. Restocking fees may apply according to the product type and item condition. Please see the RESTOCKING FEE SCHEDULE below for further details and information.

QUANTITY PURCHASES:

  1. Orders for quantities of twenty-five (25) or more of any given item on a single order are automatically non-refundable.

RESTOCKING FEE (% OF PURCHASE PRICE) SCHEDULE:

1. New Electronic Hardware: Electronic or electro-mechanical items including but not limited to tablets, countertop POS terminals and pinpads, printers, cash drawers, barcode scanners, check scanners and similar items. Restocking fee rates are as follows:

  • IF, the product is in unopened packaging in original condition shipped, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • IF, the product is in opened Packaging w/ all parts and components undamaged and in original condition, you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • IF, the product has configured Hardware (software, downloads, encryption keys, etc.) w/ all parts and components, you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee AND a $25 factory reset fee.

  • IF, the product is in opened Packaging and has any missing parts or components, this product is non-refundable.

  • IF, the Items are shipped in custom packaging, this product is non-refundable

2. Refurbished Electronic Hardware: Electronic or electro-mechanical items including but not limited to tablets, countertop POS terminals and pinpads, printers, cash drawers, barcode scanners, check scanners and similar items. Restocking fee rates are as follows:

  • IF, the product is in unopened packaging and in original condition shipped, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • IF, the product is in opened Packaging w/ all parts and components undamaged and in original condition, you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • IF, the product is in opened Packaging and has ANY missing parts or components, this product is Non-refundable.

3. Electronic Accessories: Items issued to power or communicate with electronic hardware such as power supplies, charging bases, ethernet cables, USB cables and connectors, splitters, phone cables. Restocking fee rates are as follows:

  • IF, the product is in unopened packaging and in original condition shipped, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • IF, the product is in opened Packaging w/ all parts and components undamaged and in original condition, you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • IF, the product is in opened Packaging and has ANY missing parts or components, this product is non-refundable

4. Consumables: Items that are consumed once they are used such as paper, print cartridges, print ribbons, and toner cartridges. Restocking fee rates are as follows:

  • IF, the product is in unopened packaging and in original condition shipped, you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • IF, the product is in opened packaging, this product is non-refundable.

5. Special Order Items:

  • Any special order items are non-refundable.

6. Accessories and Supplies: Most other items that do not fall into the above categories.

  • IF, the product is in unopened packaging and in original condition shipped, you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • IF, the product is in opened Packaging, this product is non-refundable.
